Beta Prepreg

Beta Prepreg employs the very latest Benzoxazine resin and toughening technology to provide outstanding ease of use and performance to 425°F (218°C).
Benefits Include:
  • Exceptionally long out-life and excellent tack. Beta Prepreg is stable for a minimum of six months at room temperature.
  • The outstanding toughness and high glass transition temperature (Tg. 485°F or 251°C) deliver stability at high temperatures, ensuring long tool life.
  • Lower shrinkage than epoxy systems.

  • Premium AQD SS 545CL

    The Premium AQD SS 545CL quick disconnect is made from stainless steel with high temperature "O-Rings" for service to 500°F (260°C).
    Benefits Include:
  • Unique locking system that prevents accidental openings.
  • Stainless steel construction for corrosion resistance and long life.
  • Increased number of ball bearings provide smoother operation.

  • New Toolfusion® 3

    Toolfusion® 3 is a two part low viscosity epoxy infusion resin formulated to produce pre-preg quality, composite molds. Low cure temperature of 120°F (49°C). Post cured for a high glass transition temperature of 425°F (218°C). Void contents of less than 1% are achievable.

    Benefits Include:

  • Resin infusion process delivers very high quality laminates with low manufacturing costs, no refrigeration costs, no autoclave running costs.
  • Low initial cure temperature for low thermal expansion effect during curing and ability to use low cost master model materials.
  • Nano technology delivers outstanding toughness & high Tg. (425°F or 218°C) for long tool life and reduced life cycle cost.
  • Low viscosity allows infusion of thicker and more complex laminates with fewer resin feed lines.
  • In comparison to metallic tools, Toolfusion® composite tools are lighter weight for easier manual handing.
  • In comparison to metallic tooling, Toolfusion® composite tools have faster heat up and cool down rates for reduced production costs.
  • Toolfusion® 3 composite tooling laminates have vacuum integrity for vacuum bag processing of parts in oven and autoclave.

    Custom Kitting

    Say "Sayonara" to paper patterns and hand cutting materials because Airtech International has invested in a new, huge ply cutter that is 5m x 20m (16ft x 65ft)! This will enable us to customize a product to fit perfectly onto your part, such as cutting vacuum bagging film and breather, sealing the edges, and even printing work instructions on the materials. It will also provide high speed cutting and repeatability which will significantly improve production cycle times and quality. In turn, this will save you time and money!
